Management Team

A dedicated team, carry out the day-to-day management. Our committed team of care staff has undergone extensive training and they cover the 24 hours – 7 days a week care tasks, with the specific aim of making your life comfortable and fulfilling. All staff and management are here to give you the care and support you need, so please do not hesitate to discuss your needs with them or the proprietors.

The Management Team carries out the day to day operation of Stonebow House, drawing on the expertise of the team members as required.

Training for all staff is a high priority, and after initial induction training, all staff undergo essential training in Fire, First Aid, Food Handling and Hygiene, Cross Infection Control, Protection of Vulnerable Adults, Care Planning, Mental Health Awareness , Principals of End Of Life Care “Yesterday Today and Tomorrow” – an established dementia care training course by the Alzheimer’s Association. Plus other courses that will benefit the residents care and staff in the home. All staff are also required to undertake an NVQ qualification within 6 months of employment.
